We have been actively providing services in eldercare and dementia since 1991.
Are your care management services and home care services covered by Medicare or Long Term Care
Insurance?
Medicare does not cover care management or home care services. Long-term care insurance covers home
care services and some aspects of care management services. Consult your insurance company or review
your plan to find out the details of coverage.
Are you available on an emergency basis?
Our office hours are 9:00AM - 4:30PM. We have a supervisor on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Are your caregivers trained and insured?
Caregivers are trained in Alzheimer care and also to meet the specific needs of each individual
client. Training is ongoing. Our caregivers are employees of our company. We are licensed, insured and
bonded. Our employees are also covered under Workman’s Compensation Insurance.
What geographical areas do you cover?
We service the New Orleans area.
